Possible exclamation/cuss phrase

Gye Greene and I were watching NCIS last night. (Which, incidentally, has much clever-er dialogue and more interesting characters than the comparable CSI.) A commercial came on, and the spokeswoman declared, "Toilet paper!"

GG and I both ignored the rest of the commercial, instead discussing the merits of using "Toilet paper" as a curse phrase. Given that many cuss words have to do with excrement (e.g. "Aww, poop!" "That's bull-poopoo!"), "Toilet paper!" would fit right in.

Perhaps it would be used in situations which "Poppycock!" and "Balony!" -- i.e. doubting someone's statement -- would be exclaimed.
